This beautiful weather has lead me to spend more evenings outside enjoying the weather. As the temperatures begin to rise I immediately shift into dresses with unique detailing. I like that this maxi dress has a casual feel, but also feminine with the revealing open back. Hope all of you had a wonderful Spring Break!

Take a Bow
With it being the first official day of spring, this dress
only seemed appropriate to celebrate. Might I add this could just be the cutest
dress I’ve ever slipped on. Bright colors, an over sized bow and a cinched waist,
it pretty much ticks every box on my fussy dress criteria list. There is something about a dainty bow that
gives an outfit a feminine and fresh look. Bows have made numerous appearances on the
runways this past season and I plan stock my closet full of this pretty
trend. I paired this dress with
turquoise jewelry and an oversized straw bag, perfect for those days by the water. What trends are you currently coveting?

Mixed Prints
Mixing unexpected prints is huge this spring and has been gracing the runways worldwide. It's one of my favorite ways to update my wardrobe and put together something out of the ordinary. I thought it would be fun to mix a Chevron print romper with an oversized snakeskin clutch. The key for mixing prints is pairing like colors. I love how these two prints end up complimenting each other! What do you think about mixing prints?

Bright Ruffles
Lately, when getting dressed in the morning I've started to wear the same mundane outfit so I decided to spruce up my closet with this yellow one shoulder ruffle top that moves so beautifully. Paired with gold jewelry and a navy mini skirt to match this warm weather we're having. I love mixing different textures and patterns to create a look that is both feminine and fun. What textures are you mixing this season?
